Registration Types
Agency
The agency is a company that allows agent access to add / edit listings. The agency will also get listed in the business list as well as have the option to add themself to the sponsors. Other tools include approving agent postings as well as creating a featured property
Agent
An agent is someone whom is either working alone or not included with an agency on this website. As an individual agent you have the ability to add / edit / remove listings as well as become a sponsor, post featured properties, as well as open houses.
Browser
The Browser is someone that wants to keep a wish list of properties for sale as well as edit options for the mailing list.
Business
Business users are companies or individuals that want to be listed on the left hand side under your needs. You have the ability to edit / cancel your business listing as well as become a sponsor.
Individual
An individual is "FOR SALE BY OWNER" or "FOR RENT BY OWNER" either by themself or though the for sale by owner program. You have all the tools as an agent, but listed as a individual
Sponsor
A sponsor is someone or a company that wants to advertise on the right hand side of the screen. This also includes a free business listing
